MMA version 1.4e

I've just uploaded 1.4e to the mma website. This is probably the last
release before 1.5 which I hope to do before summer. This version has
a number of bug fixes and some code enhancements. Well worthwhile
stuff for you all to bang on and test.

The enhanced docs for the library are also included. Clicking on a
groove name in the html version for a library file will bring up an
enhanced groove description (including a graphical view of each
track). Comments on this will be appreciated.

There will come the day when I can bang, test, and comment. Until then, just let me point out that the backing tracks on your "Cedars" album bear sufficient testament to the potential of MMA as a legitimate musician's tool. Nice going on the new release!
