Wow this is cool. I wish I could make synth sounds like this. It does keep your attention and thats pretty hard for me with this type of music sometimes. So, though i am a little out of my element here, i quite enjoyed this. It would make m dance if it came on when I was out. Thanks for sharing it Smiley

Hi Elv
This is truly original in a particular way, simple structure, but catchy melodies driven by the strong beat ... err... 'Elvbeat'  Grin
Mastering or not it doesn't change the quality of this track (it just adds pressure or small eq changes), and this one sounds good, I like the drums and cymbals, good balance and space, kick's Ok.

Cheers

No problem, I like to try different things so I make it a point to venture away from rock based things from time to time. I'd say that one of the prime advantages of using the computer to record with for me is that it (through online communities, accessibility of synths and such) has helped to broaden my horizons musicly. My only real problem with commenting on stuff of this type is that I dont really have more intelligent things to say about it other than that I liked it or didnt usually. I feel kindof silly just saying that sometimes. For instance, I couldnt begin to put a piece like this together as I really have no idea what typical types of arrangements are or what sort of instumental elements are common for the various genres.

Ok enough blathering now.  I would totally dance to this though.

And you have now show the beauty of the Auditorium.
Trust me I probabilly dont know that much more about this style than you, I mean a song is a song right.Well most of the time sort of Grin
But its great that people are willing to cross the boundaries to check out something new.I should do more of it myself.
havent really checked out the other forums here as I feel a litle safe here.

elv,

That was quite an education!

Creative, musical...nice beat...but you do NOT want to see me dance Grin

I've been working with HammerHead and Hotstepper, of late. Trying to tweak the EQ and add some effects; now I realize that's how it's supposed to sound!

Learn something new every day...

I like that stereo filtered sound. It sounds like falling clouds or something like that. Whole track sounds very futuristic to my ears. It evokes to me dark futuristic city with all that steel clouds over. Nice. I am looking forward to next track from you elv.

Not really my thing, my lady loves this and goes crazy on the dance floor with music like this.
But I admit, what you do, you do it right.  Cool
You are very good at rhythmic programming and by that I don't only mean drums & percussion.

Thanks for sharing, as usual
