I've spend a bit of time this morning updating the mma website.

- Some (more!) spelling mistakes are corrected,

- I added a "donations" page (nope, I don't want your money):

- I added a link to the LinuxBand GUI project:

              http://mellowood.ca/mma/helpers.html#gui
