This is the latest & greatest demo vid, which effectively showcases the stunning quality of the string & piano programs of the PC3 series.

The video is segmented into 3 parts; string demo, sequencer demo and a piano demo...based on every synth I've ever heard in my lifetime, this is as good as it gets-as I see it. wOO

That guy knows how to play keyboard  Cool Grin
I agree that it sounds very very good, perhaps like you say 'as good as it gets'

it is surprising to me that, here in Europe, Kurzweil is not very well known, I wonder what could be the reason for this.

Thanks for the link !

Kara,

I don't think that Kurzweil is widely publicized like some other brands,as I believe Kurzweil is more frugal with thier advertising budget.

Kurzweil quality tends to speak for itself anyway and although thier may be a smaller following-those hardcore hardware seekers are loyal to the product.

Bear in mind also, that before Kurzweil was bought out by a Korean company,Kurzweil products were quite expensive & thier products appealed mainly to semi-pro & pro musicians.

Although, from the various forums that I've combed through,Kurzweil was and is-now more than ever, becoming exceedingly popular,as I know of people from places like Italy,Scandanavia & some parts of eastern Europe that are very happy owners of Kurzweil keyboards!
As more & more people discover Kurzweil quality-at the low prices that they are at now, you'll propbably see quite an emergance of sales in Europe at some point.
