Mario,

Nice to see you here!

Post one of those jazz guitar tunes for us, willya?

Oren.

As per your request here is one I did a couple of months ago called Ebb Tide.  Note that this is the same version I uploaded on PGMusic's site.

Constructive criticism is always welcomed.

After this upload I'll go the the new members forum and tell people more about me - MarioD

Just danced with the lady on that one  Cool
Hyper sweet guitar sound you have here, loved it
Since the guitar sound in the beginning of the second verse is lower, you have a bit of mud in the low-mids but nothing that sounds realy bad.

Great playing , love it

I've come to expect nothing less from you Mario! That's a good thing..well at least it's meant as a compliment.
Nice work. Enjoyed it. Very relaxing..smooth.
Glad to see you 'round these parts.  I think you'll find that you've discovered another very nice forum.  Not a lot of them around anymore, but this one is another gem.

Thanx Bob.

I know what you mean about the lack of nice forums these days.

I saw a lot of the PGMusic guys here so I knew it had to be good!

Plus I can upload my stuff here- MarioD

PS- Now I have to find the time to hear some of this music!

Hey Mario,

I'm just listening to this beautiful track.......and, man, it takes me back!!   Shocked

I used to love playing in that style........but had forgotten about it.... Shocked Shocked

You just 'woke me up'.

Well done.

This is a really excellent tune, played with real feeling. It's gone straight into me 'keep' folder.

I'll upload them here.

Sliding on into Chet Atkins territory, are we, Mr D.  Grin ?

Premium axe work, impeccable production.

I would have grabbed my wife for a few turns around the living room, except we'd destroy all the furniture. You see, hosers can't dance - at least not this hoser...

Thanx Oren!

So I’m not the only one who can’t dance?

Way back when I played at all of my high school dances as well as many of the areas dances as well.  All play - no dance!  Never had a chance to learn. Two big left feet!

I’ll never be able to slide into Chet’s territory.  I’m a plectrum only player.  My right hand fingers could never get coordinated enough to play Chet’s style.

Thanx for the compliments - MarioD

This is excellent! Very well played and lovely production.

I'm sure I should know what PG Music is, but I don't. Program? Site?

Thanx Fred!

PGMusic’s main products are Band-in-a-Box, a program that “automatically generates a complete professional quality arrangement of piano, bass, drums, guitar and strings” (from their web site) and Power Tracks Pro, a sequencer.

Most all of my songs start in Band-in-a-box and are finished in Sonar.

You can check them out here - http://www.pgmusic.com/
