Yes, it's been out for a while now and most distributions have picked it up (not debian yet - as usual).

Also, the Yoshimi Pi is now very much a thing. See here:

Yep. And this baby has growed up dramatically thanks to 'Yoshimi's little band of helpers'
The most rewarding comment we got for this version was from a partially sighted user who is ecstatic that he can now resize the windows to fill his 40in screen
