I'm an action movie junkie,so to a certain extent,I am a Schartz fan-but that's really all that he is good for,is the action genre.

Sorry Thom I don't realy agree
He made a movie with kids, I don't remember the title... but I remember he was a teacher. I consider it as one of his best movies.
Having said that, I never understood how he managed to become a senator....

The movie you're referring to is Kindergarden Cop...that was a pretty good movie and the movie Twins-I have to admit,is a role that he pulled off rather well.

However though,roles such as that,that are outside of the action genre-that he's done a fair job with,are a result of a screen writer that specifically customizes the story to cater to Schwartzenegger's abilities.

Which is to say that,Arnold has limitations for roles such as those mentioned,meaning that his versatility as an actor is not as broad as some other actors.
He's carved quite a niche for himself and for the most part,he is distinctive in his own right,but in my opinion,he's no Tom Hanks or Tom Cruise.

Honestly,I do miss him as an actor and I do hope he gets back into acting one day.
